This single family home was completed in December of 2023. This home is around 1,200 square feet, and it’s energy efficiency has been certified by Efficiency Vermont. This was our first project in Colchester!
The self-proclaimed “Geezer team” finished this home in a record 31 build days! They were featured on WCAX’s Super Senior segment for all their work on this home and their history of volunteering with Green Mountain Habitat.
This home also features the first roof from our partnership with Vermont Construction Company, who has pledged to donate a roof to every Green Mountain Habitat build as of February 2023.
