Donate a vehicle to help build homes!

Donating your vehicle to Green Mountain Habitat is a great way to support our work. Plus, towing is free, you may be eligible for a tax deduction, and you’ll be helping low-income families in Vermont build safe and affordable places to call home.

Why donate your vehicle to Habitat?  

Some organizations hire a for-profit agent to process car donations. In that case, the nonprofit only receives pennies on the dollar. In our case, we do the possessing, so your donation has the maximum impact on local families in need.

How it Works

1. Start your donation by calling 802-857-5296 or e-mail us here.
2. Our team will ask about your vehicle (make, model, vehicle identification number, and mileage).
3. Schedule your FREE pick-up.
4. Collect your donation receipt, and feel good for supporting local families in need!
